Terms & Conditions

The rules that govern use of the Voyellianessora website and the scope of our casino-focused travel-planning information.

1. Operator and scope

This website is operated by Voyellianessora Travel Inc., 1200 Bay Street, Toronto, ON M5R 2A5, Canada. These terms govern use of the website and general interaction with our casino-focused travel-planning information.

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use. Separate written terms may apply if you later purchase a specific travel-planning service.

2. Nature of the service

Voyellianessora provides destination research, itinerary design and travel-planning guidance. Website examples are illustrative and may be adapted, replaced or unavailable for a particular date. We do not present casino participation as a means of earning income and do not guarantee any gaming result.

Unless a specific written agreement says otherwise, information on this site is general planning information and does not create a reservation, ticket, accommodation booking or guaranteed availability.

3. Eligibility and destination rules

You are responsible for ensuring that you can lawfully travel to the destination and participate in activities you choose. Entry rules, identification requirements and casino age limits differ by jurisdiction and can change. You must check applicable requirements before travel.

4. Itineraries, prices and availability

Illustrative trip lengths and itinerary ideas are not binding offers. Prices, availability, transport conditions, taxes, fees and supplier rules can change before a booking is confirmed. Any personalised estimate is valid only for the period stated in the relevant communication.

Where a third-party travel supplier is involved, its own terms may apply. You should review those terms before committing to a purchase.

5. Acceptable website use

You may use the site for lawful personal or business inquiry purposes. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that materially disrupts service, impersonate another person, or use the site to transmit unlawful or abusive content.

6. Intellectual property

The Voyellianessora name, original website copy, layout and branding elements are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal trip planning. You may not reproduce substantial portions for resale, create a confusingly similar service or remove ownership notices without permission.

Local photographs used in the site design may be subject to separate rights held by their respective creators or licensors.

7. Traveller responsibility

You remain responsible for personal travel decisions, documents, local compliance, punctuality, belongings, spending decisions and conduct at each destination. Casino activity involves chance. Set your own time and spending limits and stop when participation is no longer enjoyable.

8. Availability and limitation of liability

We aim to keep website content accurate and available, but the site may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security work or technical reasons. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by temporary website unavailability or by reliance on information that a traveller should independently verify immediately before travel.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability can lawfully be limited, it will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and the specific service agreement, if any.

9. Third-party services

A travel itinerary may refer to independent accommodation, transport, entertainment or destination suppliers. They control their own services, availability, policies and performance. A reference to a supplier does not make that supplier our employee or agent unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise.

10. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Information about website storage technologies appears in our Cookie Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These website terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute by written communication before starting formal proceedings where reasonable.

12. Contact and updates

Questions about these terms may be sent to info@voyellianessora.com. We may update the terms to reflect service, legal or operational changes. The version posted here is the current website version. Last updated: 6 October 2026.

13. Changes, cancellations and supplier disruption

If you later purchase a service that involves third-party travel arrangements, changes or cancellations may be controlled by the relevant supplier's conditions. Before any binding purchase, review the applicable cancellation window, change fees, refund rules and identity requirements. A planning recommendation does not override a supplier's published rules.

Weather, transport disruption, venue closure, public events or other circumstances outside our control can affect an itinerary. Where we are providing an active planning service, we may suggest reasonable alternatives, but availability of an equivalent replacement cannot be guaranteed.

14. Events beyond reasonable control

To the extent permitted by law, a party is not responsible for delay caused by events outside its reasonable control when the delay could not reasonably have been prevented. The affected party should take reasonable steps to reduce avoidable consequences and resume performance when practical.

16. Accessibility and individual requirements

Tell us about practical mobility, sensory or communication requirements that materially affect itinerary design. We can use those constraints when shaping route length and timing, but we cannot guarantee that an independent venue, transport operator or accommodation will meet a specific requirement unless that provider has confirmed it.

17. Severability and waiver

If a provision of these website terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a right does not automatically waive that right.

18. Entire website terms

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the general terms for use of this website. They do not replace a separate written agreement for a paid planning engagement where that agreement states different or additional terms.
