Cookie Policy

Information about cookies, browser storage and the privacy-conscious technical design of the Voyellianessora website.

1. Overview

This Cookie Policy explains how Voyellianessora Travel Inc., 1200 Bay Street, Toronto, ON M5R 2A5, Canada, handles cookies and similar browser storage technologies on this website.

The current public site is designed to operate without advertising trackers, behavioural profiling scripts or third-party analytics. Core pages, images, styles, fonts and scripts are served locally from the website project rather than loaded from third-party content networks.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text records that a website may ask a browser to store. Similar technologies can include local storage or session storage. They can support functions such as remembering a preference, maintaining a secure session or measuring how a service is used.

3. Technologies used on this site

The current website does not intentionally set non-essential cookies through its front-end code. The mobile navigation and inquiry confirmation work in the browser without storing a behavioural profile. The site also does not embed third-party video, advertising pixels or remote social widgets.

Our hosting environment may generate short-lived technical logs or use strictly necessary infrastructure controls for security, traffic management or abuse prevention. Those infrastructure functions are separate from advertising or cross-site tracking.

4. Inquiry form

The inquiry form is designed to provide an on-page confirmation after submission. The public front-end does not use a tracking cookie to remember form content. If the service is later connected to a server-side inquiry system, this policy will be updated before non-essential storage is introduced.

5. Your choices

Because the current front-end does not intentionally set non-essential cookies, no consent banner is required for optional tracking on the present version of the site. You can still configure your browser to block or delete site data. Blocking strictly necessary infrastructure storage, if your hosting environment uses it, may affect security or site availability.

7. Changes to cookie practices

If we add a technology that changes these practices, we will update this page and, where required, present a consent mechanism before optional storage is activated. Last updated: 6 October 2026.

8. Contact

Questions about website storage or privacy can be sent to privacy@voyellianessora.com. For broader details about personal information, see the Privacy Policy.

9. First-party and third-party storage

First-party storage is created by the domain a visitor is using. Third-party storage is created by another domain whose content or script is embedded in the page. The present front-end is intentionally designed without third-party advertising, embedded social widgets or remote analytics scripts, so the ordinary page experience does not depend on third-party browser storage.

10. Storage duration

If strictly necessary infrastructure storage is introduced by the hosting environment, its duration should be limited to the period needed for security, load management or session continuity. Optional storage, if introduced later, will have a documented duration appropriate to its purpose and will not be retained indefinitely without justification.

11. Browser controls

Most browsers provide controls for viewing, deleting or blocking cookies and other site data. These controls are managed by the visitor in the browser settings. Blocking all site data can sometimes interfere with security or session functions, although the current Voyellianessora front-end is designed to remain useful without optional tracking storage.

12. Privacy signals

Some browsers or extensions transmit privacy preference signals. Because the current site does not run behavioural advertising or cross-site tracking scripts, there is no advertising profile for such a signal to opt out from on this front-end. If future functionality introduces processing that legally requires recognition of a supported preference signal, we will update the technical implementation and this policy accordingly.

14. Periodic review

We periodically review the front-end resource list and storage behaviour so that this policy continues to describe what the site actually does. A new external script, analytics service or embedded widget should trigger a privacy and cookie review before publication, rather than being added silently.
